Terms of Use
Effective 19 September 2026
These are the rules for using the Qisma app and qisma.party. By using Qisma you agree to them.
Who can use Qisma
- You need a verified university email at a school Qisma has opened.
- You must be 17 or over, and 18 or over to use Match.
- One account per person. Do not share your login or your entry codes.
Hosting and attending
- Hosts are responsible for their events: the venue, the guest list, who gets in, and following their school's rules and local law.
- An entry code admits the person it was issued to. Forwarding a screenshot does not get anyone in, and trying to is a reason to lose your account.
- Qisma runs the list and the door. Qisma is not the organiser of any event and is not responsible for what happens at one.
Behaviour
- Be honest about who you are. No impersonation and no fake profiles.
- No harassment, threats, or sharing someone else's photos or details without their consent.
- Match is for mutual interest between people at the same event. Do not use it to contact people who have not matched with you.
- Report anything that worries you from the person's profile or from Settings. We can remove content and accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You own what you post. You give Qisma permission to store and show it to the people you have chosen to share it with, so that the app works. Delete it or your account and that permission ends.
The service
Qisma is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running on the nights that matter, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable, and we are not liable for losses that come from using it, to the extent the law allows. We may change or end features with notice in the app.
